Why would they be filming an operation? And the Picture quality isnt tht good, perfect for Editing, it also looks like a reflection to me.

bit pants if you ask me, loads of shadow on the walls to start with. And the lighting??jesus,its a wonder that sugeon didnt chop off the wrong part of his patient ,it is so bad
